Controlling Fear In Building A Home Business By Controlling Stress
This is a continuation of the series on how to overcome fear as an obstacle in achieving different goals in your life; especially, in conquering the fears that keep you from being successful in a work-at-home business. Now in this article, I would like to review one of the best things you can do in the long run to cut back the experience of fear influencing you. Now this is a non-direct way of handling fear, and it’s essentially concentrating on handling chronic stress. When you have a lot of prolonged stress in your life, it clearly intensifies negative feelings; in particular, fear and anxiety, for instance.
So this advice is focused on the life style strategies that are imperative if you want to control lingering stress. This is common sense; however, it has to be repeated because most people do not have this right in their lives. And if you don’t have it right, you’re leaving a large amount of money on the table, you might say, paths to lower the fear and anxieties that could be holding you back.
The two strongest things you can do to affect the experience of prolonged stress are to: number one, control the blood sugar results on your brain; and number 2, to exercise sufficiently.
Now, what do I mean by controlling the blood sugar effects in your brain? Well, I mean that it’s important that you eat in such a way that you aren’t letting blood sugars bounce all over the place. Because when your blood sugars are bouncing around a good deal, your brain chemistry is also bouncing around a lot; particularly brain serotonin levels. We call the key a nuro-transmitter chemical signaler in the brain. It is going up and down just like blood sugars do. So when you eat foods which make the blood sugar go way up and then back down quickly, it is going to cause your brain chemistry to bounce around. And I will promise you that the outcome of that’ll be a whole lot more anxiousness.
Now usually, people don’t recognize the nervousness is actually coming from their blood sugar bouncing around. And they’re eating junk, which is actually aggravating the reliant anxiety problems.
The second area is exercise. Now, there’s a lot that may be related about exercise. I can’t go into all of the details in this article, but the point that I’d like to make is you need a minimum of thirty minutes of strong exercise regularly. I am not talking about one or two days a week; I am talking about daily. You really need a minimum of 30 minutes of strong exercise DAILY. And if you do that, it will have a big effect on the perception of stress that you’re experiencing. And that will have a serious impact on the other negative feelings that you are having, because as I pointed out, more prolonged stress magnifies negative feelings, including the sensation of fear.
So if you’d like to decrease the fear which is holding you back, begin to get a hold of the causes of increased lingering stress that you have control over. And this of course includes what you’re eating and how much good exercise you’re getting each day. I know this will help you if you do it. I’m wishing you well. God bless and have a fantastic day!
